How to restore deleted original news / prognosis Wii Channel?

I used the homebrew application known under the name of a channel Remover. This request is to eliminate additional channels and new forecasts that appear in your Wii. But Luckily I used the PAL Wii Channel Remover on my Japanese, and therefore Japan has lost two of my new and original Wii forecast channel. Since no WADS existing for both channels and because you can not download from the Wii Shop Channel, how can I get my initial expectations and channels new?

You can update your Wii, but will not be able to install it on tacos. at least not without using the downgrader in the chain homebrew.
