Error Code 52030 Wii? I'm stuck!?

I tried to connect my Wii to my .. Collection of wireless radio, but when it comes test the connection a message appears: "Error Code: 52030 Unable to connect to the Internet. Check the manual of operations Wii or visit support.nintendo.com assistance. I read the site and the book, but does not explain what is wrong and how I can solve the problem. I read some questions about here, and some people say the you should change the channel from 1 to 11 or something? I do not understand what it means ..
